Booking and Payment Information • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CLASSICAL TRAVEL • During the normal period, you can secure your spot with a 25% deposit, followed by 50% deposit 30 days before arrival. • During special occasions such as Christmas, New Year's, and Easter, we kindly request a 50% down payment to guarantee your reservation, with the remaining 30% paid 30 days before your arrival. • You can settle the remaining balance two days before your arrival or upon arrival in cash. • Payments can be made using your credit card on our secure website or through a Payment Link sent directly to you. • All prices are quoted in US dollars for clarity and ease of transaction.
